Hi, I'm Mark. I'm a Philadelphia native now living on Boston's North Shore. I love to travel though - so don't let location stop you from reaching out! The best way to get to know me would be for us to get together for a cup of coffee, but until we get a chance to do that, I hope you get a sense of what I'm about through the words below and in images you've seen here.
My goal as a wedding photographer is to attend weddings that I ultimately don’t deserve an invitation to, and use my cameras to tell an honest visual story of the day’s events. I want the quality of my work to be reflected in the significance of moments documented, rather than just their visual impressiveness. Of course I look for the moments where these two qualities intersect, but my primary concern is to make photographs that are going to mean something to the couples that I photograph. I love sunset portraits on a mountaintop just as much as anyone, but I often find a deeper fulfillment photographing those less glamorous but more meaningful in-between moments that color a wedding day.
I consider it such a privilege to have made a career out of documenting these moments. If you decide to work with me you can do so knowing that I will feel so lucky that I get to be a part of telling your story. Whether our journey takes us somewhere far away or just to your own backyard, I want to capture the truest versions of you.

“-From the start, Mark was incredibly transparent and direct with us about what we would spend and what we would be getting in return - this is not true of all wedding vendors, and was greatly appreciated!
-Throughout the planning process, Mark made us feel like we could come to him with big and small questions, without feeling like we were bothering him. He was very easy to get in touch with, responsive, and incredibly patient!
-On the day of the wedding, Mark made us both feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. When we had to change our timeline (which we'd planned and planned and planned) due to the weather, Mark seriously made it feel like our new timeline was the plan all along. He had a calming affect on everyone in the wedding party, which let us enjoy our time taking photos and spending the time before the wedding with our family. This was a vastly underrated part that we didn't think about when selecting a photographer
